好像是说收入或财产至少一定要在贫困线的多少倍。我弟因为以前离婚把房子转到了父母名下，现在名下几乎没有任何财产，这会是大问题吗？-No problem. Only the sponsor needs to prove the financial support ability, not the beneficiary. 如果再把房子转回他的名下，会涉及很多费用，而且担心万一他跟现在老婆离婚房产被分走。怎么办好？
