请教8老师L1B转L1A需要提供的证明

8老师您好，我现在是L1B的身份2021年四月中旬到期，但是H1B没有抽中。雇主说如果明年还抽不中的话可以考虑转管理岗L1A,这样就有多两年的时间等绿卡，我想问一下L1B转L1A需要提供什么证明呢？我听说需要国内也要证明是管理岗，您知道具体的规定是什么吗？
