背景：主、副申请人前后、分别提交485。都在pending 期。
问题：1、如果主申请人 （NIW）离境，失去H1身份，H4 在485 pending 期间，是否还可以持485 收据，继续合法留在美国，等候绿卡批准吗？
-Yes.
2、如果主申请人拿到AP离境，是否不影响485批准？-Not at all. Actually, using AP to travel does not affect your H-1 benefits though your status will be parolee after that, e.g. you can continue to work for your current employer just like the H-1b holder, not need to use EAD, and also, you can reinstate your H-1 status by filing H-1 extension or transfer later.
