她今年 4月8号收到 移民局直接寄到国内她 地址的信 。信上给了她user name and password, 让她 12个月之内log in website. 因为我妹妹一家不打算移民， 她或我需要不需要 Log in？

-You may just write letter to USCIS to withdraw your I-130 if she does not want to immigrate to US.

如果12个月内不 log in的话， 有啥后果？ 

-If she does not submit her immigrate visa application within 12 months from the day NVC inform you or her, the case will be revoked.
