请教八老师， 新移民第一次登陆在机场需要用APC自动护照检查设备吗？

我母亲一个人登陆，不会英文。

-You may write letter for you mom to explain that your mom does not know English and need to a translator if neccessay, and your mom can present this letter together with the passport and the documents to the IO at the port of entry. Then, the IO will take care of everything there.

听说现在飞机上也不发海关申报表了。 我是不是可以把海关申报表在网上填好，叫我母亲直接打印签名就可以用了？-Fine.
