But they need to write a statement addressing when and why they joined the Party (e.g. employment, promotion needed, etc.), what kind of postition/title they have in the Party (e.g. Party Branch Secretary, Group leader, or just a regular member, etc.), what Party activities they have participated in (e.g. routine Party group meeting, pay the memebership fee, etc.).
