请问8老师，现在准备移民面签材料，其中的police certificate。申请人曾在美国呆过15个月，是否需要美国开出这段时间的police certificate？

-Yes.

申请人目前在中国，如果需要的话，过程是不是很麻烦？-You may get it and mail it to the applicant.
