8老师您好，我想请教一个问题，我现在是L1b身份，在美国已经是第四年了中间延期了一次。我今年H1b没有抽中。现在我的绿卡的进度是递交了140表。我想问一下明年继续h1b抽签如果抽到H1b的话是否我可以一直在美国工作直到拿到绿卡

-Right. L1B + H-1B = 6 years. But if you have the approved I-140, then you can extend your H-1B beyond the 6-year limit until you get the green card. So, just change your L1B to H-1B, then use the approved I-140 to extend your H-1B beyond the 6-year limit. If the I-140 is still pending when you get the H-1B, then you may use premium processing to get the I-140 approved, then extend your H-1B.
