另外下面的清单，麻烦8老师把个关看是否齐全了，前面得到8老师和网络资料的帮助，收集了一下资料，也算回馈本版，谢谢8老师和各位热心人。

Packet A: For Beneficiary (Mother) 
• Form G-1450 (Authorized total amount of $ 1,760.00. The amount includes $1,140.00 I-485 filing fee, $85.00 biometric fee, and $535.00 I-130filing fee)-Issue two checks, one of &535 for I-130 filing fee, and another of $1225 for I-485 filing fee including Biometrics fee.
• Form G-1145 (E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance)
• Form G-325A (Biographic Information of the Beneficiary)-Not need this form anymore.
• Form I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative)
• Form I-485 (Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status)
• Form I-864 & I-864A (Affidavit of Support)我是无业，所以需要老公填写864A
• Copy of notarized Birth Certificate of the Beneficiary
• I-94 and travel history (Admission Record printed from the website of the Department of Homeland Security)
• Copy of Beneficiary’s Passport (Biographical page)
• Two (2x) passport-style photos
• Form I-693 (Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination), in a sealed envelope 

Packet B: Supporting materials for the Beneficiary’s application:

• Copy of Petitioner’s Naturalization Certificate 
• Copy of notarized Birth Certificate of the Petitioner 
• Copy of notarized marriage certificate of Beneficiary
• Copy of notarized No Criminal Record of Beneficiary
• Petitioner Spouse’s employment verification letter
• Federal Tax Return (e-filed) for the last 3 years (2016-2018)
