儿子公民面谈第一次他故意没有过，现在在等第二次免费面谈通知。

如果他还没有想好入不入籍，请问老师，1）能否留着这第二次免费机会以后用？ 2） 怎么给移民局说呢？ 3）如果第二次他也不通过， 那么需要重新入籍申请排队还是会再给他几个月，交费再面谈？
