我是美国公民, 打算为父亲和继母办理移民。父亲在十几年前再婚, 我困惑的是, 我是否可以同时为父亲和继母一起递表申请移民? 移民法有明确规定吗？请问我该如何申请, 才能让我父亲和继母同时拿到绿卡, 同时移民来美?
-Based on the immigration law, only if your father married your step-mother before you turned 18 years old, then you can sponsor your step-mother's green card application as you can do for your father. Otherwise, only one way for your step-mother to immigrate to US: i.e. after your father becomes a green card holder, then he can sponsor your step-mother to immigrate into US.
