请问8老师，母亲在国内给她在广州申请绿卡，这期间她能来美国吗？

-Probably she will have trouble to enter US using B2 visa due to immigrant intent.

如果不能，要等到什么时候才能再来？-Get the immigrant visa to enter us to become a permanent resident.
