家人申请回美证，现接到了打指纹通知。因为现在人出差不在美国，但九月底会回来，如果申请改期打指纹，是否应该给uscis写封信，附上机票信息，
-You need to write a letter explaining why you cannot attend the biometrics collection and request the schedule of it and then, return the Biomtrics Appointment Notice to the local USCIS ASC where the biomtrics take places. Read the appointnment notice and you should see the instructions how to reschedule the appointment on it.
能请求打指纹日期改到9月底吗？-You cannot decide when the reschedule takes place and this is determined by USCIS.
