请问8老师：

I360 申请通过了。接下来是等美国签证中心 安排去签移民签证。

在去签移民签证来美国前这段时间，能递交485申请绿卡吗？还是必须等人到了美国以后才能递交485申请？

-The applicant/beneficiary has to be physically present to file I-485. If the applicant/beneficiary will apply for the immigrant visa outside US to enter US, he/she does not need to file I-485 anymore.
