我可否这样理解您的回复
1）现在我的身份（Eb1b 485 pending）可以合法家里蹲-Yes. But if you don't have a job and USCIS send you RFE for your employment status, you will be trouble.
2）停薪留职没收入没啥问题或者说容易解释清楚，但是找正式工作如果不是同行业和永久职位问题会有风险-The problem is that your employer has to support you and provide the support document to prove you are still their employee if USCIS send you RFE for your employment status. If USCIS does not send you RFE, you are always fine.
3）我可否找临时工，contractor之类的工作，不给uscis递交J表，解释为除了在案的永久职位的工作还有其他非全职工作
USCIS怎么知道我又去工作了呢？也就是在什么情况下会RFE J表-Your new employer will send IRS the W2 or 1099 for every paycheck you get. Then,, USCIS will find that from IRS when they decide to make a decision on your I-485.
