请教８老师

我的情况比较特殊。我是绿卡，在美工作。孩子现年１５岁， 在国内。She had been in the US for 4 years in Elenmentary School.
孩子说,明年她中考，如果考不上当地最好的高中她就来美国。孩子爸爸同意。
由于不能确定她是否来，我无法提前给她申请绿卡。
IF等她决定要来,然后申请绿卡when she is in China，需要等待太久，恐怕又生变故。我是否可以先让她通过访问，譬如旅游签证啥的come to the US，然后在这里替她申请绿卡。

您有更好的办法吗？请指教！非常感谢！
