这里请教8老师一个父母绿卡问题
我们是在父母B2签证延期，I-94过期而I-539pending期间给父母提交了绿卡申请。现在绿卡已经收到几个月了，今天收到了I-539的denial。
本来觉得拿到绿卡之后I-539的申请应该已经无关了，但是读到denial letter最后的warning concerning unlawful presence和overstay warning，还是觉得有些担心，想问问是否需要做什么。这些文字尽管很可能是generic的，但是看起来触目惊心啊。。。特别是那个overstay warning，还提到NTA的可能性，
