请教8老师-关于弟弟移民

我给弟弟申请的移民现在B Date已经排到一个多月了，但我和弟弟都没有收到任何通知。弟弟现在在国内。我五年前搬了家。通知会不会寄到我原来的地址，还是直接寄给我弟弟？他的Priority Date是2006年11月，现在VisaBulletin B Date 是2006年12月。
