-Yes.

I-130材料要求我的出生公证，也必须准备两份父母各一份吗？

-Yes. You only need to provide the photocopy of 出生公证 for your parents, respectively, don't need to provide the original document.

我只有一份出生公证，必须回国再办一份吗？-No.万分感谢！！
