请教8老师： 姐妹申请移民，现已排到，收到信要交材料，可我妹不想来，但又觉得放弃可惜。有办法拖吗？能拖多久

-Your sister must submit the DS 260 (i.e. immigrant visa application) within one year from the date NVC informed you. Otherwise, your case will be revoked.
