绿卡身份, 配偶美国公民, 到中国领养. 请问8老师或知晓的朋友, 如果以绿卡身份领养, 程序是否比美国公民的要容易些, 合法吗？

-The problem is that your spouse is a US citizen, so you may not be able to adopt the child as a green card holder. Adoption process is somewhat complicate, so you had better consult a lawyer.

之前和之后应做什么功课和准备, 以后才能顺利把小孩带到美国？
