我女儿第一次485去年6月被拒，然后11月又file了新的485.现在EAD and AP都收到了。我的问题是我女儿需要不需要出境激活一下AP，变成parolee?因为她有快100 多天的out of status，距离第一个被拒485和第二个新485之间。为保险起见，需要不需要overwrite 这些时间？

-Unless she will use parolee to apply for the Federal financial aid at college. she does not need to go outside US. Also, nothing she can do for the status gap if she had no a legal non-immigrant status when she filed the I-485 second time, i.e. using AP to travel will not overwrite/fill the status gap.
