请问：
1. 结婚后三人一起申请绿卡的时候，是不是一旦递出485申请，所有人都可以合法读书了？
-Yes if they all are physically present in US. Talk to the lawyer. By the way, just like a told you before that she had better wait for about 3 months after she entered US, then marries the US citizen and apply for the green card in case USCIS consider her to have B1 visa fraud.
这个时间要等多长？-I don't know.
中间需要file B1的extension吗？-Not need.
2. 12岁孩子被私立学校录取，但是最近在北京申请F1被拒。如果私立学校不在乎F1，是否可行先让他在美国读书，直到file EAD 合法？还是回去等移民签证比较保险？-Not need to return to China, not need F1 and EAD. .Just file I-485 and study in US with the adjustment of status(i.e. with penidng I-485).
或者他在美国转F1身份呢？
