假如被拒最好再appeal 还是MFR?

-Depends what the problem is. Mostly people file MFR because it is quick or just file a new petition. Talk to the lawyer.

可以同时申请TN 吗？

-Yes, you may just go to the US-Canada border to get the TN instead of fling MFR/appeal for the denial H-1.
