我们的485在5/1 current, 儿子今年7/15 age out (已经21岁），请问我们是在任何时间递交485都可以，还是一定要在7/15之前？

-File the I-485 when he is qualifd for it (when the priority date is current) to freeze his CSPA age. Otherwise, if the 排期 retrogresses, he  may be age-out.
