1. 要在国内准备什么公证材料？包括自己和孩子？-The mother needs to provide the copies of her previous marriage certificate, divorce certificate, and her current marriege certificate (after marrying the US citizen). All of the three people need to provide their birth certificates and passports, respectively. The kid who is 16 also needs to provide the non-criminal record certificate for the immigrant visa application.
By the way, the mother had better wait for about 3 months after she entered US using B1 visa and then, get married and apply for the green card in case USCIS consider she had the immigrant intent before she entered US (i.e. B1 visa fraud).
2. 结婚后母亲申请绿卡的时候，可以给孩子同时申请吗？-Yes, the mother can file I-485 within US, but the kids have to apply for the immigrant visa in China. 是不是同时拿到绿卡？-No.
3. 递交了绿卡申请后，是否母子就可以合法学习和工作了？-Yes, the mother can, but she needs to apply for EAD to work. The kids can get the green card immediately after they enter US using immigrant visa.
还是要等到绿卡批准?
4. 孩子还在国内，申请绿卡后他如何入境？-They only can apply for the immigrant visa to enter US after the mother marries the US citizen.可以得到一个特殊签证吗, 还是得等绿卡批准才可以入境？
