The dictionary meaning of concurrent is occurring at the same time. You did not file I140 and I485 at the same time, so they are not concurrent. But I am not sure in the context of U.S. Immigration Law, what concurrent means. I think you should check with your immigration lawyer, not here, if you are really serious about it.
