请问8老师， 我两个月前帮我妈妈递交了材料，现在帮我爸递交材料，

 

130表格中Part 5. Other Information

1. Have you  EVER previously filed a petition for this beneficiary or any other alien?是不是应该填yes？-Correct.

 

然后2-5填我妈妈的信息？-Yes.如果是的话，date filed填什么日期呢？-The receipt date. Check the I-130 Receipt Notice to find it.  递交日期还是收到的797 notice日期？ result怎么填呢？刚打完指纹，并无其他信息。-Say "Pending".

 

6-9都不用填？-Right.

 

 

 

另外485表格中，我爷爷已去世，不知道他的出生日期，该如何填写呢？谢谢-Put "Deceased" in the address part and leave the other blank.
