今天我进https://ceac.state.gov/IV 付了费，AOS和IV 状态都是 in process.

刚刚想起来，第一步是要选agent. 可是登陆后发现，Choise of Address and Agent 那个tab是gray的，也就是我不能选。

是不是要等fee processed之后我才能选agent呢？谢谢
