还有一个问题我到底用I-864EZ还是I-864？

我的情况是：

我是petitioner

父亲一个I-130 petition; 母亲一个I-130 petition

完全用我自己的income, 去年是married file separately; 正在办离婚，婚姻状态是separated

 

是不是我可以用I-864EZ?

我只需要

2018年的IRS tax transcript, 不需要过去三年的？也不需要W-2 或者1099，或者pay stub, 或者其他asset证明？

我的household size是四个人，我本人，一个小孩，和正在申请绿卡的父母。去年收入超过$32,187, 不需要joint sponsor.

 

但是在https://www.uscis.gov/i-864ez

里面有一段

If you believe additional returns may help you to establish your ability to maintain sufficient income, you may submit transcripts or photocopies of your federal individual income tax returns for the three most recent years. 

 

也就是说可以提供过去三年的tax transcripts?
