Look like a lot of documetns needed to support petition as listed below. But I did not see any supporting documents requiremetns from I-485 itself. Where are the below information from? Please advise.

良民纪录(无犯罪纪录)
●父/母的出生证明
●父/母的护照影本
●父/母的非移民签证影本(如观光签证)，I-94请按此查找打印
●父/母的2*2护照式照片(送件30天内所拍摄的，背后请注明姓名与A-Number)
●I-693表格(健康与疫苗证明，由医生填写并密封好信封签字，你不可以开启喔)
