尊敬的8老师：

EB2 ，I-485 即将面试，请教老师的问题是：

1.带律师面试需要吗？-Not need unless you have a special problem, e.g. you have criminal record or any violation of law, etc.

2.副申请英文不太好，面试时主申请可以帮着翻译吗？-If it is emplyment-based (I-140 based I-485), it is fine for the primary applicant to be the interpreter. 还是需要带个翻译？-If it is marriage based (i.e. I-130 based I-485),  you may need another person to be the interpreter.

3.主，副申请会在一起面试还是分开着面试?-Case by case, hard to say.
