朋友的未婚妻持K1签证三月底入境了美国，由于种种原因婚姻推迟到昨天才注册，这时候他们才发现他未婚妻的签证上面有一项Annotation: PET. EXP. DATE: 14MAY2019, 请问这个到期日期是什么意思啊？他的未婚妻入境刚刚50天不是说90天以内申请就可以吗？请赐教。多谢了
-PET. EXP. DATE means the I-129F petition will expire on that date and if you don't apply for the K1 visa before that date, the petition will be invalid. For your friend's case, it does not matter to her because she has got the K-1 visa to enter US and get married witnin 90 days after she entered US.
