8 老师： 您好。

小孩OPT 这个月 （5月份）底结束。 8月份进入研究生院重新入学 （入学通知在手）。 这就有2个多月的 GAP（间隔）。请问8老师， 最好的办法是什么？ 回国然后去签证， 现在有风险？ 呆在美国， 又有可能违规？还是有别的办法？

-It is fine for your child to stay in US and then, enter another school. There is a legal gap up to 5 months for the F-1 student to transfer F-1 status from one school to another school. Talk to both the International Student Offices in the old school and the new school, then they will take care of it.

请8老师帮忙想一个万全之策。 非常感谢。
