为父母申请绿卡。父母目前在国内。I-130 62a 填VISA 申请地点应该填居地的US Consulate吗？

-It is the US Consulate in Guangzhou, China.

如果父母近期持B2 Visa来美，回去前通知interview，可以到时再改interview的地点到美国的居住地吗？-If they are physically present in US, they just file I-485. But they may have trouble to enter US if you file I-130 before they enter US due to immigrant intent.
