我明年1月就绿卡满5年，请问我什么时候可以申请公民?是必须绿卡满5年，也就是明年1月以后才可以申请公民，对吗？-You can file N-400 in advance up to 120 days before your green card reaches 5 years.
另外，我想帮父母办绿卡，是否也要等到我的公民批准以后才能帮他们申请绿卡-Yes, you must get the US citizen certificate before you sponsor their green card application.
