Have you find a job in US yet? If yes, bring the job offere letter for the interview. If no, you need to write statement addressing that you will work in the same area as you indicated in I-140, what your plan is, e.g. what kind of job you want to seek (e.g. academic or industrial); what project you plan to do, etc. If you are searching job in US, you may bring the communications (e.g. emails, mails) between you and your prospective empployers for the interview.
