- 1. 有什么事情或文件要从现在工作的公司做的吗？（我有批准的i140文件）-No. Just provide the valid EAD to the new employer to work.
2. 是不是移民interview的时候新公司只要出具 J表就可以了。-Correct or provide it if USCIS send you RFE for it.
3. EAD今年九月到期，我怕在现在公司申请延期走之前拿不到反而麻烦。是不是在新公司申请延期会方便些？-Not different. You had better renew your EAD in advance up to 120 days before the EAD expires. The EAD is not related to any employer, but you only, so you don't need to tell the employer when you renew your EAD.
