请问老师

1.寄出父母绿卡RENEW的文件和G-1145表已经快一个月了，没有收到回复信。邮件跟踪号说寄到了，但是没有收到移民局正式的回复信。会不会还是说明寄丢了？

2. 绿卡还有半年就到期了，老人还是想回国。有什么办法吗？-Bring the passport and the I-90 receipt notice to the local USCIS Field Office to get the I-551 (green card) stamp to travel if they leave US before the green card renewal approval.
