已经递交130表有5年了。我的问题是被申请人们能以旅游签证进美国然后递交485表申请转换身份吗？谢谢。

-Your kid had better apply for the immigrant visa in China. If he/she enters US using B2 visa and file I-485, possibly they may be suspeciou in visa fraud.
