八老师，

我一直是TN，现在绿卡排期已到，所有材料都已准备好，原来我们全家准备下周FILE 485（我是主申请人），我老公也是TN，不料我老公被告知下周五终止工作合同，他的身份该怎么办呢？谢谢

-He just needs to file I-485 together with you and then, he can stay in US legally. He can apply for EAD together with the I-485 filing and use EAD to work if he can find a job later.
