我孩子申请us passport的 DS11表及材料3月18号当地邮局寄出，今天收到national passport center 的通知，还需要孩子提交资料“Early public records issued at or near the time of your birth which show your name and the names of your parents, such as hospital, religious, medical, or insurance records. The birth documents you submitted was more than one year after the birth occurred.” 我当时提交了2012年办移民时在国内公正机构给孩子做的出生公证。我孩子是2001年出生的。请问8老师，我孩子有中国出生证原件，出生证原件只有固定格式部分是中英文对照但个人信息都是医院手写的中文没有英文。这个出生证原件他们承认么？
