请问八老师： 两个N400问题

Good morning teacher, 

Considering filing my N400. Two questions:

1. Got a speeding ticket 7 yrs ago. Should I report as a citation?  Went to the court trying to challenge but got denied so faid the fine $150. Can't find any docs. 

Actually another two traffic tickets more than 10 yrs ago in other states - I would believe not to report?

 

2. Participated in a 'Concealed weapon carrying permit training'. Should I report as have received 'weapon training'?
