我现在有H4 EAD，有效至明年底。

现在要递交485表，律师要给我申请基于485的EAD。

请问这之间有冲突吗？

1. H4 EAD对基于485的EAD申请有没有影响？-Not affect anythiong.

2. 基于485的EAD会不会invalidate HE EAD?-No. You can apply for I-485 based EAD anyting later by providing the copy of I-485 receipt notice (no filing fee for this kind of EAD application, i.e. it is free).
