我是加拿大公民，现在刚从TN转成H1B。在美国境内申请的。我收到了797和I-94。我是不是要回加拿大使馆拿H1B签证，还是就在边境申请。谢谢

-You don't need to go out of US, and just continue to work as H-1B status. If you travel out of US in the future, just get the H-1B I-94 at the port of entry when you return as you did for TN.
