最近公司动荡不安，我太太想要从O3 转成F1 status to be independent。由于I-539 processing time up to 12-15 months now, 我担心在F1 approval 之前，O3签证已经失效了。那就必须要B-2 status to close the gap， before changing to F1.
1. How can my wife change status from O-3 to B-2 status? 还是用I-539吗？这个转化需要多长时间？f
2. 可以两个I-539 同时提交吗？还是需要等B2 I-539先批下来，再提交 another I-539 from B2 to F1 status change?
3. 因为我们的NIW I-140已经批准了，但还在等排期，需要在I-539里特别注意什么吗？
