1. 护照复印件： 只需要复印第一页个人信息和visa那页吗？-Yes, only need to make copy of the information pages incuding visa page and entry/departure stamp pages.

如果visa页在旧护照上怎么办呢？-Make a copy of that page and provide it with the copy of the new passport.

2. 子女的出生公证可以用来作为父母子女的亲属关系证明吗？-Yes.
