请教8老师有关GC，10年绿卡6月中旬到期。查了官方网站，说有conditional 和permanent之分，怎么理解这两个概念，分别应该填什么表格？非常谢谢！

-Your green card is permanent. Complete I-90 and mail it to USCIS. Read the I-90 instructions.
