Part 4， 25 ～28 Information about beneficiary family, provide information about the beneficiary’s spouse and children.

   父亲已去世，还需要把父亲的信息填上去吗？

-Not need. Just choose "Widowed" in Item 18 of Part 4.

或填上父亲的信息并注明去世？
