3 我父亲去世，civil document要求提供Marriage Terminate Certificate，这个是去公证处办吗？要带什么证明呢？父母结婚证找不到了。（公证处回复没有Marriage Terminate  Certificate, 分析是否是父亲去世公证。仅办去世公证可以吗）-Not need to provide such a document, and just fill "Deceased" in the related item on DS 260 (if asked there).

填写DS-260时，previous spouse一项，How was your marriage terminated? 选的Divorce。可是在随后提交civil Documents时，required documents有MARRIAGE TERMINATION DOCUMENTATION (1st MARRIAGE)。这个是要求的，不能missing，否则没法submit。

-Just provide the divorce certificate. Or just select someting like "spouse deceased" to the question, "How was your marriage terminated?".
